God revealed to John; “Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.” John proclaimed; “I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.” After His resurrection and before his ascension Jesus instructed His Disciples to instruct all believers in Him to; not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” He Is The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
